This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior accountants who want hands-on experience working with real financial data, ERP systems, and daily accounting operations inside a growing tech and digital solutions company.

What You’ll Work On

• Managing daily accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses)

• Preparing invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups

• Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Bank reconciliation and monthly financial checks

• Working inside Odoo ERP (billing, journals, vendors, customers)

• Assisting in financial reports and documentation

• Supporting tax filing, NSSF, and payroll preparation

• Coordinating with sales and operations for financial accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Good understanding of accounting principles (debit/credit, ledgers, journals)

• Proficiency in Excel (tables, formulas, organization)

• Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Willingness to learn financial workflows in a tech environment
